8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
3-6 tbsp. honey
1/2 c. chopped peanuts (optional)

Blend together. Dip sliced apples, any variety and unpeeled, into orange juice or lemon and orange juice to prevent discoloring. Arrange as desired around bowl of dip.
