CHEESE DANISH 
2 (8 oz.) cans crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, separated

Press first can of crescent rolls into 13"x9" pan. Next, mix cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla and sugar. Smooth this mixture over first layer of crescent rolls. Lightly press second can of crescent rolls on top. Brush with egg whites. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool 20 minutes before cutting.
