HUMMINGBIRD CAKE FROSTING | |
8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. butter, softened 16 oz. pkg. confectioners' sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 tbsp. buttermilk 1 c. pecans Combine cream cheese and butter. Cream until smooth. Add powdered sugar. Beat until light and fluffy. Stir in vanilla and buttermilk. Frost cake. |
