ELDORADO 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion, diced
Garlic salt
2 sm. cans tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (8 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1 med. can olives, pitted & sliced
1 lg. can green chilies
1 bag tortilla chips (7 oz. or larger)
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated

Saute onion in skillet; add ground beef and garlic salt until brown; add tomato sauce. Let mixture simmer. Butter bottom and sides of casserole dish. Place tortilla chips on bottom, add 1/2 meat mixture, 1/2 sour cream, 1/2 cottage cheese, 1/2 green chilies, 1/2 olives and top with 1/2 the cheese. Now repeat the following layers with the rest of your ingredients. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
