SALISICCIG, ALLA RIGATONI 
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 large can tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 pkg. rigatoni

Remove sausage from casing; brown with onion and garlic. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, oil and parsley. Bring to a boil and simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes. Cook rigatoni as directed. Serve with sauce.
