COPPER PENNIES 
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
4 c. carrots, cooked and sliced

Combine all ingredients and marinate 2 to 4 hours before serving. Serve chilled.
