BILLILYNN BREAD 
4-6 c. flour
2 c. goat milk
3 tbsp. real butter
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. honey
1 pkg. yeast

Warm milk and butter in saucepan. Add salt and honey, stir to mix. Add mixture to flour, stir, then knead; add yeast according to yeast directions. After kneading, cover and let dough rise for 1 hour. Knead to satiny consistency, divide in half, roll with rolling pin to a flat square. Fold square in half, pinch together sides, put seam side on base of table, one half of dough in baking pan, let rise, bake at 350 to 400 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Serve with butter.
