STEAK PARMESAN 
4 thin cutlets, pounded
2 eggs, beaten
Whole wheat bread crumbs
Flour
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Paprika

Mix flour, salt and pepper. Dip each cutlet in flour mixture; shake off excess. Dip in eggs, then crumbs. Cook in oil until golden brown on both sides. Place in shallow baking dish; cover with Mozzarella cheese. Mix tomato sauce and oregano. Pour over cutlets; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Yield: 4 servings.
