CRANBERRY RELISH 
1 medium orange, unpeeled, quartered and seeded
1 large apple, unpeeled, quartered and cored
2 c. fresh or thawed, frozen cranberries (1 pt.)
3/4 c. sugar

Using the shredder disk on the food processor, shred the orange and apple. Remove the disk, and using the processing blade, add the cranberries and sugar to the fruit. Store in the refrigerator or freezer. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
