CRAB SALAD 
1 lb. crabmeat
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped sweet pickle
2 eggs, hard cooked, chopped
Salt & pepper
Lettuce

Pick over crabmeat. Combine with other ingredients. Serve in lettuce cups or between tomato and pineapple slices.
