PERSIMMON CAKE 
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. persimmon pulp
1 c. chopped walnuts
Powdered sugar

Combine first 9 ingredients, mixing well. Pour into a greased and floured 10- inch bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Remove from pan while warm. Dust with powdered sugar. Makes 1 (10 inch) cake.
