HERSHEY'S VANILLA CHIP FRUIT

3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy; blend in flour. Press mixture into bottom and up sides of 12-inch round pizza pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned; cool completely. Prepare vanilla frosting. 1/4 c. whipping cream 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

In microwave-safe bowl, add the chips and cream; microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes the blend until smooth. Beat in cream cheese. Spread on cooled crust. Cover; chill. Prepare fruit. Strawberries Kiwi Blueberries Raspberries (or your choice of fruit)

Slice and arrange on vanilla filling. Prepare fruit glaze. 1/2 c. pineapple juice 1/2 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. cornstarch

In a small saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch; stir in pineapple juice. Cook over medium heat until thickened; cool, pour over fruit. Cover and chill.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
