GUACAMOLE 
2 ripe avocados, coarsely mashed
1 tomato, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
1 (2") green chili, seeded & minced (wear rubber gloves)
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. Worcestershire
3 tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 tsp. minced red pepper
2 tsp. minced green pepper
2 tsp. cumin
Black pepper to taste
Tabasco to taste

Thoroughly combine first 4 ingredients until chunky in consistency. Add remaining seasonings and stir. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Makes 2 1/2 cups. Serve with tortilla chips.
