CREAM FILLING FOR PIE 
2 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
pinch of salt
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. water

Mix flour and water together. Add egg yolks and sugar to the flour mixture. Stir in milk slowly. Cook in double boiler over medium heat. Cook until thickened. Pour into a prebaked pie crust.
