TOMATOES VINAIGRETTE 
1 c. Crisco oil
1/3 c. wine vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. crushed oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 garlic cloves or garlic salt (1 tsp.)
Minced green onion
Minced parsley
Ripe tomatoes sliced thick (4-5)

Mix all ingredients in a 9x13 pan. Arrange thick slices of tomatoes in dish - cover tomatoes with mixture and marinate in refrigerator overnight.
