PIZZA POTATOES 
1 box scalloped potatoes
1 1/2 c. water
4 oz. sliced pepperoni
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Put potatoes in 2 quart ungreased casserole dish. Heat tomatoes, water and oregano. Add to potatoes and add pepperoni. Top with cheese. Bake, uncovered 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
