RHUBARB STRAWBERRY JAM 
6 c. sugar
6 c. rhubarb, chopped
10 oz. frozen berries

Start cooking without water, in the rhubarb, on low heat. Add sugar after rhubarb is juicy. Cook and skim until clear. Add berries and bring to a boil (do not cook) after adding berries, they will dissolve. Put in pint jars and seal.
