SANDY'S KOREAN SALAD 
1 bag spinach (washed and drained)
2 hard boiled eggs
5 strips bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1 (1 lb.) can bean sprouts, drained
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained, sliced

DRESS: (make ahead and chill several hours) :

3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. oil
1 tbsp. worcestershire
1 med. onion

Combine dressing ingredients in blender until smooth. Add dressing to salad just before serving.
