SPINACH SALAD (Korean Salad) 
1 pkg. fresh spinach, rinse and rip
1 can bean sprouts (rinse and drain)
2-4 boiled eggs (slice)
1 can water chestnuts (drain and slice)
8 slices crisp fried bacon

Toss above ingredients.

DRESSING:

1 sm. grated onion
1/4 c. dark vinegar
1/2 - 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. catsup
1 c. oil
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix well. Pour this on right before you serve. I found this dressing can be divided and used for 2 salads.
