GRANNY HUTCHES' WHITE FRUIT CAKE 
2 to 3 c. pecans, chopped
1 lb. candied cherries (red and green)
1 lb. candied pineapple (red and green)
1/2 lb. white raisins
1 stick butter
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Mix flour, sugar, eggs, milk, butter and flavoring. Chop and stir in cherries, pineapple and nuts. Add white raisins. Pour in greased and floured loaf pans or bundt pan. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 300 to 325 degrees in 2 loaf pans or 1 bundt pan. Wrap tightly and refrigerate at least 2 weeks.
