CLAM SAUCE FOR SPAGHETTI 
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 c. chopped clams (fresh or canned)
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 c. clam juice
1/2 c. chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. cooked spaghetti

Cook minced garlic in butter. Drain clams, reserving juice. Simmer clams in butter about 10 minutes. Add clam juice, parsley and seasoning. Simmer for 45 minutes. Serve over cooked spaghetti.
