MILK PAYASAM 
10 c. milk
2 tbsp. broken raw rice
1/2 a tin condensed milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cashew nuts, cut lengthwise
1/2 tsp. cardamon powder

Bring 2 cups of milk and 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the rice and cook well. Add the remaining milk, condensed milk and sugar; when it thickens add the cashew nuts and stir continuously. When the payasam is almost half cooked, add the cardamon powder. Mix in milk. Use it hot or cold.
