PIROGI'S 
8 c. flour
4 eggs
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. warm water or warm milk

Mix all ingredients together and roll out. Take a cup or glass and cut out circles. Put teaspoon of filling on each and fold over. (Wet edges slightly and press together). Let them stand for 1 hour before cooking. Drop into boiling water and cook 5-7 minutes. They will float to the top of the water. Top with sour cream or fried onions and butter.

FILLING:

6 cooked potatoes
6 slices American cheese
1/4 lb. cream cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 onion, chopped and fried with 1/8 lb. butter

Mash all filling ingredients together.
