PEANUT BUTTER CAKE 
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sour milk (1 tbsp. vinegar or 1 tbsp. lemon juice to sour milk)

Cream sugar, butter and peanut butter. Add well beaten egg. Sift soda with flour. Add to creamed mixture, alternate with sour milk to cream mixture. Bake in well greased 8"x12" pan at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

ICING:

2 tbsp. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. hot water
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. butter

Blend ingredients, beat well adding necessary milk so icing is of right consistency to spread.
