1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. pecans (some chopped to sm. pieces)
1 c. raisins
1 scant tsp. baking soda, stirred into 2 tbsp. sweet milk
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Bake at 350 degrees. Put pecan half on top of cookies before baking.
