MOUNDS CAKE 
1 box Swiss chocolate cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. water
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil

FILLING:

30 lg. marshmallows
1 c. Pet milk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
14 oz. flaked coconut

ICING:

6 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 box powdered sugar

1. Mix all cake ingredients and bake in 3 greased and floured pans at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes. Test with toothpick.

2. Combine all filling ingredients in a saucepan. Cook slowly, stirring until marshmallows are melted. Spread between layers when cake is cool and filling is just warm.

3. ICING: Soften cream cheese and 1/2 stick of butter. Melt 1/2 stick of butter with cocoa. Cream the two mixtures together. Sift in powdered sugar. Spread on top and sides of cake.
