MARINATED BARBECUED CHICKEN 
2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. dried whole oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, minced

Place chicken in large shallow container. Combine remaining ingredients in a jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously. Pour marinade over chicken. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours, turning occasionally.

Remove chicken from marinade, reserving marinade. Grill chicken over medium coals until done. Turn and baste every few minutes.
