SWISS MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. hamburger
1 egg
1/2 c. cream
1/2 tsp. leaf sage
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. Hi Ho crackers, crushed
1/4 c. parsley
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded

Beat egg in large bowl. Add cream, sage, salt, pepper and parsley; mix. Add hamburger, crackers and onions; mix with your hands. Add 1/2 cup Swiss cheese; mix. Form a meat loaf and put in a baking dish. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook until done, about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Five minutes before taking out of oven, sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese on top of meat loaf to melt.
