SALMON BURGERS | |
3 eggs 1 pt. salmon 3 to 4 cups fresh bread crumbs (about 6 slices) 1/2 to 1 c. finely chopped celery 1/2 to 1 c. finely chopped onion In large bowl, beat eggs slightly, add salmon, crumbs, celery and onions. Mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. Shape into patties (quite thin). In a skillet, or on grill, fry patties about 10 minutes until browned on both sides. Serve with English muffin buns. Serves 6 to 8. |
