SPAGHETTI SALAD | |
1/2 box vermicelli (very sm. spaghetti) 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1/4-1/2 c. red onion, chopped 1 bunch green onions, chopped (include blades) 1/4-1/2 c. chopped cucumber 1 lg. tomato, chopped 1/2 c. Viva Italian dressing Cook vermicelli as directed, do not over cook. Toss all ingredients until well mixed. Best if marinates overnight. Always keep cold. Serve cold. Keeps well for 2 to 3 days. Mostly season to taste. |
