1 tbsp. yeast 1 1/2 c. warm water 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. honey 1 tsp. salt 3-4 c. flour Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add 1 tablespoon soy flour, honey and salt. Add flour and knead. No need to let rise. Roll in a rectangular shape; cut into 1/2" strips. Melt 1/2 cup butter in 10"x15" pan. Roll each stick in melted butter. Sprinkle with garlic salt, seasoning salt, sesame seed and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. |
