BREAD STICKS 
1 tbsp. yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. honey or sugar
3 to 4 c. flour
1/4 c. butter, melted

Soften yeast in the warm water. Add sugar or honey and salt. Mix in flour; knead. Roll out dough and cut into bread sticks (18). Dip each bread stick in melted butter. Twist and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with salt, seasoned salt, or Parmesan cheese.

Let raise 1 1/2 hours. Or you can use the quick raise method. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Quick raise method: Turn oven onto warm. Put bread sticks in oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Heat oven to 375 degrees and bake as above.
