MOCK STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 crushed garlic clove
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. sherry
1/2 c. sour cream
Salt
Cooked noodles or rice
Chopped parsley

Lightly brown meat in skillet with onion and garlic, stirring. Add soup and milk; heat well, stirring. Reduce heat; stir in sherry, then sour cream. Season to taste. Serve over noodles; garnish with parsley. Serves 4-6.
