CABBAGE PATCH SOUP 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 med. onion, sliced thinly
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1 lb. can of tomatoes
2 c. water
1 lb. can kidney beans
1 tsp. chili powder
Salt & pepper
2 c. finely shredded cabbage

Spray pan with Pam; cook and drain meat. Add onion and celery, and cook 5 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and remaining ingredients except cabbage. Bring to a boil. Add cabbage and cook 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
