BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 head of fresh broccoli or 2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
1 c. Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stick butter
30 Townhouse crackers, made into crumbs

Grease casserole dish. Cook broccoli as directed. Melt cheese in mushroom soup in saucepan. Melt butter and add crumbs. Put broccoli in casserole dish. Cover with soup and cheese mixture. Top with crumbs and butter mixture. Bake uncovered 35 to 45 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
