LINDA'S POTATO MEDLEY | |
1/3 c. butter 3 c. (4 med.) peeled and cubed (1 in.) raw potatoes 1 c. carrot sticks, 2 x 1/4 x 1/4 in. 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. green pepper strips (2 x 1 x 1/4 in.), OR frozen cut green beans, thawed 1 tsp. dillweed 1 tsp. chicken bouillon 1/2 tsp. salt In heavy 3 quart saucepan melt butter. Add remaining ingredients, stir to combine. Cook, covered, over medium heat for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender. |
