CHICKEN DIVAN 
3 pkg. frozen broccoli OR
1 lg. bunch fresh broccoli
8 lg. chicken breasts, cooked
2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Arrange well-drained cooked broccoli in bottom of lightly greased 9 x 13 inch glass casserole. Place cooked chicken breasts (skinned and boned) on top of broccoli. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Combine bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle over the casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes. Serves 8.

Wonderful for serving on a special occasion. Can be assembled the day before. Refrigerate.
