BILL'S CHILI 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 lg. green pepper, chopped
2-3 med. carrots, shredded
2 c. chopped celery
2 cans kidney beans
1 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 c. rice
1 can tomatoes
1 1/2 qt. tomato juice
Dash of Tabasco sauce

Brown beef with onion and green pepper; drain fat. Cook celery in water 5 minutes. Do not drain. Put all ingredients in soup kettle and cook. Reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes. Add seasoning to your taste.
