MARINATED ROAST 
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 sm. onions, chopped
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. wine vinegar
Red pepper
Garlic powder or 1 clove minced

Mix all together. Pour over beef roast and marinate overnight. Put roast in roasting pan, add marinade and cover. Bake at 325-350 degrees until roast is tender. Slice and serve with pan juices. This can be cooked in a roasting bag.
