STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. mushrooms
1/4 lb. hot ham, diced
1 tbsp. parsley
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. oregano
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. bread crumbs
4 tbsp. grated cheese

Remove stems. Wash caps. Mince garlic and stems. Saute in butter with ham. Add rest of ingredients. Stuff caps. Bake in buttered pan at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until brown. Serves 18-20.
