HAWAIIAN HAM LOAF 
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
8 3/4 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 lb. lean ground ham
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. 3-minute brand quick oats
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. juice from pineapple
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ginger

Melt butter in a 9"x5" loaf pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Spread pineapple over the brown sugar layer. Combine remaining ingredients and press this mixture on top of the pineapple layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Invert loaf for serving.
