GLAZED HAM LOAF | |
LOAF: 1 1/2 lbs. smoked ham 1 1/2 lbs. pork roast 2 eggs 2/3 c. milk 1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs 2 tsp. minced onion 2 tsp. black pepper GLAZE: 1 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 c. water 1/4 c. vinegar Have butcher grind and mix meats. Mix together remaining loaf ingredients and add to meat. Mix well and form 2 loaves. Place in baking dish. Mix all of glaze ingredients together in saucepan and cook over medium heat until thickened. Bake loaves at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Glaze after 45 minutes and at end of baking. |
