HEAVENLY HASH CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter, melted
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour, sifted
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. vanilla
1 bag miniature marshmallows

Beat eggs slightly, stir in sugar then melted butter. Mix another bowl flour, cocoa, and nuts. Add this to egg mixture with vanilla. Grease and flour 13 x 9 inch pan or glass baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes.

While still hot, put marshmallows on it and then pour icing over it.

ICING:

4 tbsp. melted butter (1/2 stick)
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk (sometimes necessary to add more milk)

Mix until creamy - pour over cake and let stand overnight.
