CARMAN SALAD 
1 head lettuce, torn to bite size
1 sm. can chow mein noodles
1/2 to 1 c. cashews
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 bunch green onions, sliced (greens included)
1/4 c. sunflower or sesame seeds

Add dressing just before serving.

DRESSING:

1 tbsp. dried onion
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp. poppy seed
