CHEESY POTATOES 
2 pkg. frozen hash browns
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese

Mix together and put into greased 9x13 inch casserole pan, top with crushed Ritz crackers. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8-10.
