AVOCADO CASSEROLE 
1ST LAYER:

5 or 6 avocados
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder

Season the avocados with above. Add just enough mayonnaise to make creamy and mix well with mixer. Add about 1 tablespoon lemon juice.

2ND LAYER:

2 pts. sour cream

3RD LAYER:

Sliced black olives

4TH LAYER:

Pulp from med. size jar Pace Picante Sauce

5TH LAYER:

Chopped tomatoes

Top with shredded cheese.
