CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. cubed chicken, well cooked (this is 5 to 6 chicken breasts)
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 c. Chinese noodles

Mix all the ingredients, except noodles. Place in greased casserole. Top with Chinese noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Then pig-out.
