CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
2 cans cream of chicken soup or 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 tsp. lemon juice (plastic bottle) 1/4 tsp. curry powder 1 lg. can Chinese mixed vegetables, drained 1 lg. can Chinese noodles, drained (save part of noodles for top) 1 c. chopped celery 2 c. cut up chicken (3 chicken breasts cooked) Mix and place in baking dish. Sprinkle remaining Chinese noodles on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Let cool 20 minutes before serving. Serves 8. |
