3 oz. orange gelatin 1 c. hot water 1 c. sour cream 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. pecans, chopped 8 oz. crushed pineapple with juice 8 oz. mandarin orange sections Dissolve gelatin in water. Chill until partially set. Add sour cream and vanilla; whip until fluffy. Fold in pineapple, oranges, and nuts. | |

This was a Christmas morning tradition at my mother's house. So glad I found this recipe. Hers was a bit different - used cut up oranges [we live in FL] and also had shredded coconut. But this recipt looks like it will get me started, anyway. thank you very much
