SPANISH BULGUR 
1/4 to 1/2 c. dry beans, cooked (about 1 cup)
2 tbsp. oil
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 1/4 c. raw bulgur
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Dash cayenne
1 No. 2 can tomatoes

Saute garlic, onion, green pepper and bulgur in oil. Add rest. Cover, bring to boil and simmer 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and bulgur is tender adding more liquid if necessary. This is a complete protein meal.
